Interests
Simon is the CEO and Principal of MidKent College. The College is located in Gillingham, serving the Medway towns and Maidstone, serving the County Town and surrounding areas.
Passionate about how education can transform communities, especially further education.
After leaving school at 16 was fortunate to work in the hospitality industry as a chef, which took me to London, Germany and then South Africa to live and work. I then returned to England in 2000 to start a career in teaching.
I am a keen cyclist and still cook at home a lot!
