• Founder and CEO of Reflect Digital, CEO of Human First Collective and Director of LAB.


• Founder of Aspiration Digital - an initiative to close the 'digital inspiration gap' for 6th form students, ensuring they understand the pathways and opportunities for careers within the digital sector.


• The Human First Collective is a collection of businesses that truly put humans first. This spans everything from a people-first culture across the businesses, to putting clients at the forefront to ensuring that our client's audience is front and centre to our strategies.


• In 2024 Becky secured a four-year run in 2024 of being listed in the BIMA 100, a list of the top 100 people shaping the future of the digital industry.


• In 2025 Becky was appointed to the UK Government's Digital Skills Council - for the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology. This is an external advisory group helping to advise and address the UK's evolving digital needs and create a workforce that can grow with the digital economy.
